How do I return an item by post, and what is the processing time?
At undiz, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item. Exceptionally, due to the festive season, for orders placed between 11/11 and 08/12, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return it to us.
The return is at your expense, via the carrier of your choice. Do not forget to include the invoice of the order in the package.
Please go to your local post office or collection point to return the package.

Am I responsible for the return shipping costs?
If you change your mind or the item does not suit you, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You can pay for the return shipping costs when you register your return request on our website or directly through the carrier of your choice. Of course, in-store returns are free, and you can return your online order to any Undiz store.

Are shipping costs refunded when I return a product?
You will only be reimbursed for the shipping costs charged at the time of order shipment if you exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of the date of purchase and only if you return your order in full.
What do I do if I have a problem with my return voucher?
If you have problems printing your return label, we advise you to print it at your office or a friend or family member's house. However, if you don't receive your return voucher, please check your spam or junk mail folder, as this email may be automatically sent there. Can I return an item purchased on sale or from an outlet?
Of course! Returns of discounted or promotional items can be returned or exchanged:
- You have 30 days to return your items to the warehouse or store. You can make your return request from your inter.Undiz.com account and follow the return to warehouse process. Upon receipt and verification of your package, we will issue you a refund (exchanges are not permitted).
For guest orders, you can also print your order invoice (from the order dispatch email) and go through the return to warehouse process. Upon receipt and verification of your package, we will issue you a refund (exchanges are not permitted).
Please note that for safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of masks!

How can I check the status of my return?
We advise you to track your return using the information provided by the carrier to ensure that your shipment has been delivered to inter.undiz.com. Please allow an average of two weeks for your return to be processed and five days for your refund. Once your package has been received, an email will be sent to inform you!
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After receiving and processing your return (the items must be in perfect condition and have their tags), you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the amount that will be credited to your account within five days.
