What are the delivery timeframes and costs?
Our normal delivery times vary depending on the delivery method chosen. On average, it takes between 3 and 5 days to be delivered to your home or shop. If, despite our efforts, there is a delay, you'll automatically be informed via email. You can, of course, contact our customer service team for more information.
Please note that deliveries are only made on working days.

How can I track the progress of my order?
If you have an Undiz account, go to int.undiz.com. In the "My Orders" area, you can track the status of your order at any time. You will have access to the delivery link, so you can stay up to date on your delivery

What should I do if my order has still not shipped?
We apologize for this unusual situation. Please note that our teams do their best to ensure that your package is shipped as quickly as possible. On average, it takes fewer than 3 to 5 working days for your package to be processed and shipped. This timeframe may be extended during busy times (sales, promotional periods, etc.) or because of health restrictions.

My order appears to have been delivered, but I have not received it.
A carrier may notify a customer of the arrival of their package a day in advance when it's actually scheduled to arrive the day after. You should also be aware that your package is delivered with no signature required and can be passed on to a third party.

Delivery tracking is unavailable. What should I do?
We apologize for this unusual situation. Please note that if your order has been shipped by the carrier, it takes 48 hours after the shipping date for it to be active. However, if your link has still not been activated after this period, please contact Customer Service directly by clicking on Contact-us. Lastly, for in-store delivery, please note that you will be contacted by our teams to resolve the matter.
The delivery tracking has remained unchanged for several days. What should I do?
The unusual situation we are currently experiencing may cause some delays and therefore slightly longer update times in some cases. After ten days with no updates, please contact Customer Service directly by clicking on Contact-us We will then check with the carrier.
What happens if I am not present at delivery?
Your parcel can be left with your neighbour or, if necessary, a delivery note will be left in your letterbox in order for you to retrieve it from your post office. In any case, with or without a delivery notice, you can go directly to your post office with the tracking number and your ID.
Please note: After a period of 15 days, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be contacted by Customer Service. You will be offered forwarding to your home address or to another address.

What if I'm unable to retrieve my package?
Don't worry, if you are unable to retrieve your package in a store or at a collection point, someone else can do it for you! You will need to show proof of identity. If the person retrieving the order is different from the one who made the purchase, a written authorisation and a copy of the purchaser's identification card must be presented.
