How to return a product

In-store return

You can return your web or store purchase in our stores up to 30 days after buying it, it's free !
Do not forget to show your bill and tagged product, unworn and unwashed.

Be careful, a product bought in store can only be returned in store. We cannot accept any postal return.

Postal returns

Psst ! Only web orders can be returned through post up to 30 days after purchase. Return fees are at your expense.

To make a return, it's easy !
1. Print and place your bill inside the package ;
2. Go to your post office, frank your package, stick your label on the package and post it !

Refund will be confirmed by email within 2 weeks.
