Thanks to our partner DHL, we can deliver your parcel to the address of your choice.
If you are absent when the first delivery attempt is made and due to the size of the parcel it cannot be left in your letterbox, a delivery notice will be left offering you the chance to choose the date and address for a second delivery attempt. Simply visit the dedicated web page mentioned on the delivery notice and choose a new delivery date.
If you do not provide any instructions, a second delivery attempt will be made on the following day. If you are absent, your parcel will be dropped off at your local post office, where it can be collected during the next 15 days. In this case, you will receive an SMS or email. Tip: have your parcel delivered to your workplace, there will always be someone their to receive it!

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by us.
Articles must be accompanied by your invoice (available under “my account/ my orders/ track my order/ print invoice”).
If you return articles to our warehouse, only a refund is possible (not an exchange).
