my order

Can I change the contents of a confirmed order?
Order cancellation is possible if the order has not yet been prepared or shipped by our warehouse. You'll need to contact customer service via Facebook Messenger. If your order has already been sent, and you still wish to cancel your order, you have the option of refusing the package or receiving a refund directly in stores. During sales and Black Friday/Cyber Monday or other promotional periods, cancelling the order is not an option.
Can I cancel my order or change the delivery address of my order?
We're sorry! Before contacting our customer service, we advise you to check a few things:
1. Check your email and in particular the shipping email to make sure that you have not been alerted to a possible stock shortage or that your order has not been shipped in several packages, which would explain the absence of the item in your package.

I have not received all of my order. Why?
We're sorry! Before contacting our customer service, we advise you to check a few things:

My order was cancelled. Why?
We are sorry for the shortage of stock! There may be a slight delay between the registration of your order and the updating of our stock.
Rest assured! Your account has not been charged! We only charge when your order ships. However, if you notice a charge, please contact Customer Service directly by clicking on Contact-us.
How can I track the progress of my order?
If you have an Undiz account, go to int.undiz.com. In the "My Orders" section, you can track the status of your order at any time. You will have access to the delivery link, so you can stay up to date on your delivery.
*For technical reasons, delivery tracking is not available if your package has been prepared in a store or if it's sent in several packages.
Orders placed from Monday through Friday are usually processed within a maximum of 72 hours. This means that it's prepared, checked, packaged, postmarked and delivered to the carrier you have chosen. Orders placed on weekends are given priority on the next working day.

However, due to the current measures in place, preparation times may be slightly longer. Don't worry, you'll be notified by email as soon as your order is shipped, and you can track your delivery from your int.undiz.com account or via the tracking link that's provided.
I have received the wrong item, or I have received a defective item. What should I do?
We apologize for this situation. Despite the importance we place on quality of the items we sell, some of them may fail to meet our expectations. To report the incident to our quality department, please contact Customer Service directly by clicking on Contact-us, and provide photos of the item.
I have not received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
It's unlikely but possible that the order confirmation email got lost in transit. First, check your "Spam or Junk Mail", as the email may be in one of these folders. Also, make sure your order has been placed by checking your bank account. If the transaction is visible, your order has been placed.
If this is not the case, your order has not been processed. Please contact Customer Service directly by clicking on Contact-us.
Has my order been processed?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email automatically or within a few minutes. If you have placed this order from your int.undiz.com account (excluding guest orders), you'll need to access it from your order history.
