How can I track the progress of my order?

What are the conditions to enjoy online sales?
You have a selection of items on sale at -50%, valid from 26/06/2024 included on int.undiz.com/en_GB/. Discount applied in the cart. Excluding current promotional offers and while stocks last.
What are the delivery times?
Our teams are dedicated to reducing your waiting time and delivering your package within an average of 3 to 6 days, but lead times may be extended during sales periods. Due to the number of orders to prepare, it is possible that your order may take a little longer than expected to be delivered. Don't worry, an email will be sent to you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse and you will be able to track its progress.
How can I track the progress of my order?
If you have an undiz account: Go to your account on undiz.com, in the "My Orders" section, you can track the status of your order at any time. You will have access to the delivery link to stay informed about your delivery. If you ordered as a Guest: Go to Guest Order Tracking, enter your email address and order number to get real-time delivery tracking. *For technical reasons, delivery tracking is unavailable if your package is being prepared by a store or if it is shipped in multiple packages.
Can I modify the contents of my order during the sales?
Unfortunately, for technical reasons, it is not possible to remove, modify or add an item to an order that has already been validated. Don't worry, if an item in your order is not to your liking, you can return it to us by post for a refund.
Can I cancel my order during the sales?
During the sales period, the order cancellation service is unavailable. All our teams are mobilised to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible! Rest assured, you will always have the option of returning your order by post to get your money back.
Can I change the delivery address of my order during the sales?
If your order is prepared by the warehouse, there is a chance that the delivery address of your order may be changed (as long as the warehouse has not started preparing or dispatching your parcel). We advise you to contact us via WhatsApp to maximise the chances of a change.
Can I exchange or return an order purchased during the sales?
Don't worry, with undiz you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it by post to our warehouse address. All you need to do is return it in new condition (unworn or washed), with its invoice and label. If the product does not meet all these conditions, the logistics department may refuse your return.
