Are the mid season sales available online?
Yes, our selection of items at mid season sales up to -50%* is valid from 24/03/2023 to 06/04/2023 included exclusively on undiz.com. Excluding current promotional offers and while stocks last.
Can I exchange or return products from the mid season sales category?
No worries, with undiz you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it to us in any store in France or by post. All you need to do is to return it in new condition (unworn or washed) with its invoice and label. If the product does not meet all these conditions, the store may refuse your exchange.
How can I track the progress of my order?
If you have an Undiz account, go to int.undiz.com. In the "My Orders" section, you can track the status of your order at any time. You will have access to the delivery link, so you can stay up to date on your delivery.
*For technical reasons, delivery tracking is not available if your package has been prepared in a store or if it's sent in several packages.
Orders placed from Monday through Friday are usually processed within a maximum of 72 hours. This means that it's prepared, checked, packaged, postmarked and delivered to the carrier you have chosen. Orders placed on weekends are given priority on the next working day.
However, due to the current measures in place, preparation times may be slightly longer. Don't worry, you'll be notified by email as soon as your order is shipped, and you can track your delivery from your int.undiz.com account or via the tracking link that's provided.

How do I obtain an invoice?
Your invoice from your inter.undiz.com order is available under: My Account > My Orders > "Print Invoice"
In the event of a guest order, please contact Customer Service directly by clicking on "Contact-us"
Please note that during sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday or other promotional offers, this service is unavailable.
Can I cancel my order or change the delivery address of my order?
UAn order cancellation or change of address can be done by our teams. However, if your order is in the final stages of preparation (i.e., ready to be delivered) or has already been delivered, you have the option of returning it online for a refund. Additionally, if your order is already prepared for departure or has already been shipped, no changes can be made. The carrier will need to be contacted in order to find a solution.
To ensure that this type of request is dealt with quickly, we advise you to contact us via Messenger!
