THE CARE GUIDE

How to take care of your pretty Undiz pieces.

Lingerie

At Undiz, lingerie is designed to be worn every day. And to keep it looking as beautiful as on the very first day, it needs a little care. To preserve its softness, support, and delicate finishes, adopt a few simple habits.

Prefer hand washing or machine washing at low temperature, inside a protective laundry bag. This helps avoid snags and preserves the details you love: lace, embroidery, elastics. As for detergent, keep it gentle: no bleach, no fabric softener. And for drying, nothing could be simpler: let it air dry only. Avoid tumble dryers and direct heat.

Nightwear

Undiz pyjamas and nightwear are designed to last while remaining comfortable to wear, and they too deserve special care. Opt for a gentle wash at low temperature, with a simple detergent free of harsh products.

This way, the soft fabrics and durable finishes will be preserved. Prefer natural drying, flat or on a hanger, away from any heat source. As for ironing, follow the instructions: the labels are there to guide you. Simple yet essential habits to keep your Undiz essentials looking like new.

Ready-to-wear

For ready-to-wear, Undiz creates pieces that reflect you, adapting to your lifestyle and your desires. With a few good habits, they will keep their fit and beautiful colors for longer.

Wash your clothes inside out, at a maximum of 30°C, on a delicate cycle. Sort colors, avoid overloading the machine, and skip the tumble dryer: your favorite pieces will thank you. To avoid unpleasant surprises, always check the label before starting a wash.

Good habits

To best preserve our planet’s resources, here are a few simple habits to reduce your impact:

- Choose low temperatures and reduce the spin speed of your washing machine.

- Opt for fragrance-free and natural detergents (with an organic label, for example) and avoid fabric softeners to limit their impact on water.

- Limit washing: sometimes simply airing out your Undiz product is enough, helping it stay beautiful for longer.

- Think about repair! If, despite all the care put into making your Undiz piece, it gets damaged, sometimes a simple repair is enough to enjoy it for a long time to come.

Take care of your products, think about the repair bonus:

The Repair Bonus, or repair incentive scheme, is financial support granted to citizens to have their clothes and shoes repaired. This support aims to encourage repairing instead of throwing away.

This financial support is made possible thanks to the Refashion Repair Fund, which is financed by eco-contributions paid by brands (marketers of textiles, household linen and shoes) within the framework of the AGEC law and REP.

The Repair Bonus can be offered to citizens by certified repairers, both cobblers and seamstresses (map available soon) through Refashion, for a range of eligible repairs
