THE CARE GUIDE

How to take care of your pretty Undiz pieces.

Lingerie

At Undiz, lingerie is designed to be worn every day. And to keep it as pretty as the first day, it deserves a little care. To maintain its softness, support, and delicate finishes, adopt a few simple habits.

Prefer hand washing or machine washing at a low temperature, in a laundry bag. This helps avoid snags and preserves the details you love: lace, embroidery, elastics. As for detergent, stay soft: no bleach, no fabric softener. And for drying, keep it simple: air dry only. Avoid tumble dryers and direct heat.

Nightwear

Undiz pajamas and nightwear are made to last while staying comfortable to wear, and they too deserve special attention. Choose a gentle wash at low temperature with a simple detergent, free from harsh products.

Soft fabrics and durable finishes will be preserved this way. Prefer natural drying, flat or on a hanger, away from any heat source. For ironing, follow the instructions: the labels are there to guide you. Simple yet essential steps to keep your Undiz essentials looking like new.

Ready-to-Wear

For ready-to-wear, Undiz offers pieces that reflect your style, adapt to your rhythm, and suit your desires. With a few good habits, they will keep their shape and vibrant colors longer.

Wash your clothes inside out, at a maximum of 30°C, on a delicate cycle. Sort colors, avoid overloaded machines, and skip the dryer: your favorite pieces will thank you. To avoid unpleasant surprises, always check the label before starting a wash.

Good Habits

To best preserve our planet’s resources, here are a few simple tips to reduce your impact:

- Prefer low temperatures and reduce the spin speed of your washing machine.

- Choose fragrance-free, natural detergents (with an organic label, for example) and avoid fabric softeners to limit their impact on water.

- Limit washing: sometimes, simply airing your Undiz product is enough and helps keep it beautiful for longer.

- Think about repairs! If despite the care taken in making your Undiz piece it gets damaged, a simple repair may allow you to enjoy it much longer.

Take care of your products, think about the repair bonus:

The Repair Bonus, or repair incentive scheme, is financial support granted to citizens to have their clothes and shoes repaired. This support aims to encourage repairing instead of throwing away.

This financial support is made possible thanks to the Refashion Repair Fund, which is financed by eco-contributions paid by brands (marketers of textiles, household linen and shoes) within the framework of the AGEC law and REP.

The Repair Bonus can be offered to citizens by certified repairers, both cobblers and seamstresses (map available soon) through Refashion, for a range of eligible repairs.
