Please note that deliveries are only made on working days.

*For technical reasons, delivery tracking is not available if your package has been prepared in a store or if it's sent in several packages.
In any case, you will receive an email as soon as your package is shipped from our warehouse. However, if your order was placed more than ten working days ago and has still not been shipped, please feel free to contact our customer service by clicking on Contact-Us. We will resolve the situation for you.

Before contacting Customer Service and within 48 hours of delivery of your package, please check your communal package delivery area, ask your concierge, your neighbour or your post office. They may have it. If, despite all these checks, your package cannot be found, please contact Customer Services directly by clicking on Contact-us.
Please note: After a period of 15 days, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be contacted by Customer Service. You will be offered forwarding to your home address or to another address.
