How can I track the progress of my order?

Cyber Monday

What are the delivery times during Cyber Monday?
Delivery times have been exceptionally extended due to the large number of orders. The average wait time for Undiz delivery is between 5 and 8 days. We make every effort to send your orders as quickly as possible!
How do I track the progress of my order?
If you have an Undiz account:

-Log in to your account on undiz.com, under ‘My orders’. There you can check the status of your order at any time. You will also gain access to a delivery tracking link to keep up to date on your shipment.

-You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched. This will allow you to track the progress of your parcel until delivery.

If you placed your order as a guest:

-Go to Guest Order Tracking, enter your email address and order number to get real-time delivery information.

*For technical reasons, delivery tracking is not available if your order is being prepared by the shop or if it has been sent in several parcels.
Can I exchange or return an order placed during Cyber Monday?
At Undiz you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. The return is at your expense, via the carrier of your choice. You will need to enclose your order invoice with the parcel.
To return a parcel, please go to your local post office or collection point.

Exceptionally, due to the festive period, for orders placed between 11.11 and 08.12 you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return.
Can I cancel my order during Cyber Monday?
During the Cyber Monday period, the order cancellation service is not available. All our teams are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible!
You can refuse the package on delivery or start the return process.
Can I change the delivery address of my order during Cyber Monday?
If your order is being prepared by the warehouse, it is possible to change the delivery address of your order (as long as the warehouse has not yet started preparing or shipping the package).
You will need to contact our customer service department and obtain confirmation of the delivery change.
