How do I create my account and log into int.undiz.com?
Click on "My Account" at the top right. Go to "REGISTRATION" and enter your email address in the "Email" field.
Rendez-vous dans « INSCRIPTION » et saisir votre adresse e-mail dans le champ « E-mail ».
You can register via your Facebook account, in which case your login and password are your Facebook login and password, via your Gmail account, in which case your login and password are your Google login and password, or you can register with an email address and a password. For your password to be valid, it must contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one special character. You will receive an email confirming the creation of your account. Your login details are required for logging in and placing a secure order in our e-shop.
To log in, click on "My Account" at the top right of the inter.undiz.com homepage.

You will then be asked to enter your email address and password.

Click on "Confirm and Continue" to access your account.
If you do not voluntarily log out of your session, you will remain logged in.
Do I need to register to shop?
No, registration is not required for online purchases. You can connect as a guest. You'll simply need to fill in the billing and delivery details to receive your order.
What if my email address already exists?
This means you have already created an account with this email address.
If you don't remember your password, click on "Forgot your Password?" Then enter your email address to receive an instant password reset link via email. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail, as the email may be in one of those folders.
However, if despite all these verifications, you still do not receive it, please contact Customer Service directly by clicking on Contact-us.
What if I don't receive the password reset email?
We're sorry. Certain providers occasionally block our emails, and we advise you to check your spam or junk mail just in case. If you still cannot find this email, please contact Customer Service directly by clicking on Contact-us.
How can I change my personal information?
Log into "MY ACCOUNT" and click on "Personal Information" to:
• change your email address
• change your password
• update your personal information
To change your delivery and/or billing address(es), click on "Address Book", select the address in question and click on "Edit".
Where can I find my invoice?
If you have an account on be.undiz.com, you can access your Undiz invoice history from the "My Orders" tab. You can use the "Edit Invoice" tab to print or download the invoice.
If you do not have an account on int.undiz.com, please contact Customer Service directly by clicking on Contact-us. An update is underway which will allow the invoice to be emailed directly to you upon shipment of your package.
How do I unsubscribe from your newsletters?
To unsubscribe from our newsletters, go to the unsubscribe link at the bottom of them. If you encounter any difficulties unsubscribing, please contact Customer Service directly by clicking on Contact-us.
How do I unsubscribe from inter.undiz.com?
To unsubscribe from the int.undiz.com website, please contact Customer Service directly by clicking on Contact-us. Once we have completed your request, you will receive an email confirming the deletion.
