- Click on "My Account", log in to access the follow-up of your orders and returns, then click on the "Details" of the order concerned.
Select the item to return, the reason for the return, the carrier and then confirm.
- Print your return label and affix it to the package after having detached your proof of return (to be cut out on the dotted lines).
- Also print your Undiz order invoice.
- Go to your local post office to drop off your package.
- If you wish to make an in-store return, there's no need to register your return request online. You'll simply need to present your invoice at the checkout.
- If you have ordered as a guest, print your invoice and go to the post office to apply postage to your parcel and drop it off!
If you make a return to the warehouse, it takes an average of two weeks for it to be received and processed. However, depending on peak times (sales, Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), it may take a bit longer! You can track your package in order to remain up to date. Once received and processed at the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your refund:
- by re-crediting the corresponding transaction if you paid for your order with a credit card or via PayPal.

Once your items have been received in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for them. The items you return must be in perfect condition along with their tags and the order invoice.
However, if an order error was made by us, please contact Customer Service directly by clicking on Contact-us.
- You have 60 days to return your items to the warehouse or store. You can make your return request from your inter.Undiz.com account and follow the return to warehouse process. Upon receipt and verification of your package, we will issue you a refund (exchanges are not permitted).
For guest orders, you can also print your order invoice (from the order dispatch email) and go through the return to warehouse process. Upon receipt and verification of your package, we will issue you a refund (exchanges are not permitted).
Please note that for safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of masks!
