How can I track the progress of my order?
If you have an undiz account:

Log in to your account on undiz.com, in the "My Orders" section. You can track the status of your order at any time. You’ll also have access to the delivery tracking link to stay informed.

If you placed your order as a Guest:

Go to Guest Order Tracking, enter your email address and order number to get real-time delivery updates. *Due to technical reasons, delivery tracking is unavailable if your order is prepared by a store or shipped in multiple parcels.
 
What are the delivery times during the sales?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected:
- If you choose standard delivery (Colissimo), pickup point or store delivery, it takes between 4 to 7 days*.
- If you choose express home delivery (Chronopost), it takes between 1 to 3 days.
*Your order may be slightly delayed due to high demand. We're doing our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible!
Can I exchange or return an online order?
No worries, you have 30 days to return your item. It just needs to be new (not worn or washed), with its receipt and tag. If the product doesn’t meet all these conditions, the store may refuse the exchange.
Can I cancel my order during the sales?
During sales or private sales periods, the order cancellation service is unavailable. Our teams are fully dedicated to shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Don't worry, you can always return your items in-store to get a refund or exchange.
Can I change my delivery address during the sales?
If your order is being prepared in the warehouse, it might be possible to change the delivery address (as long as the warehouse hasn’t started preparing or shipped your parcel). You’ll need to contact our customer service team and get confirmation of the change.
However, if your order is being prepared by a store, we are technically unable to modify the delivery address. Customer service will let you know.
How can I contact undiz customer service?
Our customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by email via the contact form or via WhatsApp. During this period, response times may be longer than usual due to high demand. We're doing our best to get back to you quickly! 😎❤️
